BARBER SHOP TRADE SIGN.
Graphic double sided late 19th – early 20th Century sign, pine, with excellent surface quality, good on both sides, in a great small size. Dry original red, gray, blue and black paint, with fine crazing. Overall very good condition, with old abrasions and age related minor cracks. Old eyehook hangers and wire. Nice small size. Found in Tennessee.

RARE COCA COLA BELLHOP WAITER.
Wonderful, rare, early Coca Cola cast iron advertising counter-top bellhop, depicting “Ritz”, Coke’s early logo, holding a marked “Coca Cola” tray, and wearing his 5 cent badge. Excellent, dry original five color paint, untouched condition, with minor, age appropriate wear. Circa 1898. Very cool.

TOURING CAR WEATHERVANE.
Graphic, well detailed example, depicting a classy 1920’s touring coupe, with terrific surface quality. Untouched original black and green “verdigris” paint, with a nice dry surface, and appropriate light rust. Sheet iron, probably 1940’s, found in New England. Complete with museum stand, as pictured. Wonderful form, great condition.

“ETHAN ALLEN” RUNNING HORSE WEATHERVANE.
Classic, bold, full bodied copper vane, cast zinc head, with desirable early worn paint and verdigris surface. Made by Fiske, NYC, C 1870. Early repairs include very old replaced horizontal rod, and a few old lead patched bullet holes. Minor underside seam separations, as appropriate with age. Overall very good condition.
With museum stand, as shown. Size; 29″L X 18″H.

WATERCOLOR HARBOR SCENE, BY WILLIAM PASKELL (1866-1951).
Tranquil morning harbor view, likely coastal Mass, by well listed MASS and NH artist William Frederick Paskell. Watercolor on heavy stock, probably dating about 1900, in what appears to be it’s original gilded oak frame. Vibrant colored scene, showing several sailing ships, dory, tugboat, wharves and sheds, amid an overcast sky. Signed, lower left, “Wm Paskell”. Untouched original condition.

Excellent paint decorated finely carved eagle, shield, and crossed arrows wall plaque. Pine, circa 1880, with original red, white, blue and gilt paint decoration, exhibiting a pleasing, age darkened and mellowed overall patina. No breaks or repairs, in great original condition. Boldly relief carved with well detailed features, giving an imposing presence.Found in Mass.

CARVED FOLK ART FISH MOTIF WALL PLAQUE.
Graphic, late 19th C, pine, finely relief carved underwater fish scene, depicting tropical fish and aquatic plants. Tongue and grooved breadboard ends have kept the panel intact, surviving in wonderful original condition, displaying a dry, nutty, unpainted natural patina. An unusual carving, with great appeal.Original iron eyehooks, for hanging, intact. Found in NH.

WHIMSICAL FOLK ART FACE DECORATED FIDDLE.
Fiddle shaped paint decorated sculpture, hand carved of pine and maple, presumably a tribute to Jim (big lips) Wisiana, circa 1929, as shown, on back, his “portrait”, no doubt, on front. A singular example of black southern folk art, with a bold and pleasing presence. Found in Maryland. Very good overall condition, with minor abrasions. Complete with museum stand, as shown.

SMALL CARVED SHOE WITH “TRICK” SNAKE.
Delicately carved ladies’ shoe, with sliding lid, revealing pop-out snake. Carved so as to resemble a snuff container, when the lid is slid open, the snake pops out, complete with sharpened nail fang, hence the “trick”. The whole in dry original paint, made of maple and pine, circa 1880. Excellent carving, excellent original condition. A rare survivor.

HORSE AND RIDER SHEET IRON WEATHERVANE.
Wonderful folky rendition of horse and rider, atop a feathered arrow, in original paint decoration. Body of rider is two piece construction, creating a three dimensional effect. The horse appears to be an Appaloosa, in full stride, reins held tight by it’s rider with wide brimmed hat, all constructed with hand made rivets. Excellent untouched condition, circa 1920, with age appropriate authentic surfaces. Very stylish. Suitable for wall hanging.
